Before beginning the treatment, melatonin epiphysis hormone availability in urine is to be determined in patients suffering from local mammary gland carcinoma. The value being found within the limits of 6.4-11.2 nmole/day high tumor sensitivity to chemotherapy is considered to be the case. The value being beyond the inferior norm boundary, tumor sensitivity to chemotherapy is considered to be insufficient for the selected therapy method.
