FIELD: medicine, diagnostic techniques in oncology.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to supplement patient's blood serum with conventional rabbit's hemolytic serum to incubate the mixture; then comes the reaction of hemagglutination with ram's erythrocytes. In case of reaction inhibiting, if the index of inhibiting is 1.1, not less one should predict low efficiency of therapy at applying standard schemes of polychemotherapy and high probability of the development of early (in terms up to 6 mo) relapse. The innovation enables to detect patients being resistant to chemotherapy conducted and who need additional therapy in due time.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
