SUBSTANCE: proposed circular direction finder is available of three design alternates distinguished by different accuracy in bearing measurements and used for low and very low frequencies of electromagnetic fields; all of them depend for their operation on measuring and accounting for phase shift between electric and magnetic components of electromagnetic field in closest zone; they provide for measuring observed bearing angle ranging between 0 and 360 deg.

EFFECT: ability of high-accuracy unambiguous measurements of observation bearing within specified range.
