FIELD: technical means of informatics and computer engineering, possible use for creating fast action specialized digital devices for ordering binary information, which perform sorting of positive and negative numbers and realize counting of amount of numbers and symbols received at input.
SUBSTANCE: device for sorting information using data decoding method contains: data input block, sorting block, decoding block, result storage block, control block, memory elements, random-access memory devices, binary counters, threshold elements. As new features of the device, sorting of binary information is performed with both negative and positive numbers, number of register in device for storing binary information is determined by decoding input binary code, and elements of threshold logic are used.
EFFECT: reduced usage of hardware resources, resulting in simplified algorithm of operation of device control block, and increased reliability of operation.
