FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, earth tillage equipment.

SUBSTANCE: rotating working tool has hubs mounted on frame, and spirals fixed to hubs. Teeth are secured to spiral coils. Working tool is equipped with vibrator-hydraulic motor mounted in the center of mass of tillage tool and driven from tractor hydraulic system. Vibrator-hydraulic motor has two unbalancing devices, one of said devices being mounted for rotation in vertical plane and other of said devices being mounted in horizontal plane. Vibrator-hydraulic motor is designed for controlling rotational frequency of unbalancing devices using throttle-flow meter from tractor cabin during advancement thereof and vibration amplitude by altering weight and radius of positioning of unbalancing devices.

EFFECT: improved quality of earth mellowing provided by surface tillage.
