FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has actuating devices and drive adapted for driving of actuating devices and made in the form of connecting rod-crank mechanism connected to tractor's takeoff shaft. Radius of crank (rc) is half the predetermined tillage depth (h). Length of rocker (lr) is determined by dependence lr=4rc. Length of connecting rod (lcr) is determined by formula lcr=2rc. Height of working tool is equal to tillage depth (h). Number of working members is even and is within the range of 4-10. Working members are mounted on crank shaft in angularly offset relation, with offset being equal to αy=(360 deg:n)2. During operation, crank performs complicated motion along path with coordinates of points described by equations in axes: xi=rc(αi/λ+sinαi), yi=rc(1-cosαi). Absolute speed of crank is determined by formula: Va=Vc(1+1/λ2+cosαi)0.5. Acceleration of any point of crank is α=rcωc 2.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of power and increased quality of basic soil tillage on slopes and on soils exposed to water erosion.
