FIELD: medicine, experimental angiosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients at the syndrome of portal hypertension due to fulfilling a portocaval anastomosis by connecting the intersected splenic vein and left renal vein by "end-to-side" type at external carcass out of demineralized bone. Moreover, left renal vein should be intersected being medially against the mouth of left spermatic vein into which venous outflow takes place from the intact left kidney. Splenic vein should be intersected in splenic porta being medially against its fusion with short gastric veins. Due to applying microsurgical equipment while forming the anastomosis in question one should observe precise coincidence of homogeneous layers of the walls of splenic and renal veins that provides healing with primary tension in earlier terms; moreover, the anastomosis suggested is of carcass properties.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
