SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely, to surgery. Isolating the splenic and left renal veins. Performing formation of a H-shaped anastomosis between the splenic vein and the left renal vein using a synthetic prosthesis with external reinforcement, with diameter of 1/2 of the splenic vein diameter and 1.5–2 cm long by “end-to-side” type.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of bleeding, reduce the risk of venous thromboses, reduce the risk of hepatic insufficiency decompensation and the incidence of hepatopoal encephalopathy.
