SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains composite particle aqueous dispersion, wherein said particles include 1) clay with dispensed surface charge and 2) charged organic molecule selected from cationic surfactant, anionic surfactant, and semi-stable colorant, preferably being not hair colorant, wherein organic molecule charge is opposite to clay dispensed surface charge. Method for production of said composition includes a) clay mixing with charged organic molecule, wherein clay is added into aqueous dispersion of charged organic molecule to produce aqueous dispersion of composite particles and b) mixing of composite particle aqueous dispersion with appropriate ingredients for hair care in compatible aqueous solvent.
