FIELD: production of cast products such as gas turbine blades, members of combustion chambers and other parts of gas turbine engines and gas turbine plants.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making main core of ceramic mass and subjecting it to high-temperature annealing; forming stepped protrusions on outer surface of main core at density of their arrangement no more than 5 protrusions per cm; making additional core by rolling or forming flat blank with surface relief; forming through mounting openings coaxial to protrusions of main core on additional core. Blank of additional core is subjected to shaping in combination with firing. Then cores are mutually joined.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of cooling hollow articles due to making core providing formation of narrow smooth cavities or ducts in article.
