FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry and can be used in the casting of hollow blades of gas turbine engines. In the manufacture of a composite core, main core (1) is made of ceramic mass with protrusions (2) on the outer surface and is fired. Additional rod (4) is made of a ceramic mass with a polymer binder by rolling it, cutting core blank (4) from a plate, profiling the said blank on a ceramic drier and firing. Before each pass of the rolling plate carry out the passage of rolling. Cutting the workpiece is carried out with a laser beam with an energy W in a pulse of 0.1<W≤1.0 (mJ) and duration τ impulse component 1⋅10-8<τ<1⋅10-4 (s). Additional rod is fixed on the protrusions of the main rod using film ceramic glue (3) with the formation of a permanent connection, which allows to simplify the process of assembling a composite rod. Rod is formed from a homogeneous composition of a ceramic-polymer material without air inclusions in its volume.
EFFECT: quality of the molded hollow product is improved by improving the quality of the surface of the additional rod.
