SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is pertaining to field of reprocessing of polymers, in particular, to method of cooling and gauging of profile-molding articles made out of polymeric material produced by method of extrusion. In presented method extruded material is fed into combined calibrating device with water grooves in top and bottom of cooling plates. In first along route of extruded material vacuum groove of calibration device through vacuum hole with diameter of 1.0 mm on extruded material feed cooling water. Feeding of cooling water is exercised under pressure of 0.3 MPa at temperature of 12°С. Cooling of extruded material is conducted not only due to heat transfer from material to water circulating in grooves of cooling plates, but also due to contact piece of cooling water with material. Invention allows to reduce the time of crystallization of polymeric material of article at smaller temperature difference of melt material and cooling water.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of time of crystallization of polymeric material of article at smaller temperature difference of melt material and cooling water.
