FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to convert energy of moving flow into mechanical energy, particularly, to drive electric generator. Proposed rotor-type windmill has vertical shaft to which fixed blades are attached being connected through joints with movable blades. Piezoconverters are attached to movable blades, to their outer edges. Flat springs are attached in horizontal position to fixed blades to which insulating plates, in contact with piezoconverter, are connected in their movable curved parts.
EFFECT: provision of additional amount of electric energy at simple design and reliability of windmill.
