FIELD: automotive industry; rubber articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoses with reduced fuel penetrability designed for delivery of fuel along pipelines of gasoline engines with electronic fuel injection control system. In proposed hose for fuel systems of automobiles containing inner chambers made of fluoroelastomer-based rubber, reinforcement layers of polyester thread, intermediate and outer layers made of epichlorohydrin rubber, barrier layer made of nitril rubber, thickness 0.1-0.3 mm, is formed on surface of reinforcement layer. Said barrier layer is applied to polyester thread from acetone solution with subsequent drying at temperature of 100-110°C and is subsequently connected with intermediate and outer layers in process of curing in autoclave.
EFFECT: reduced fuel penetrability.
