FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protection, particularly, to heat-reflecting fireproof laminar rubberised fabric protective material. Three-layer material consists of mid layer, outer and inner cover layers. Said mid layer is made of high-strength aramide fiber or a mix of said fiber with 20-40 wt %-high-strength polyether fiber. Two-component combined threads are used. Mid layer fabric represents calico weave, twill weave or satin weave with identical thread warp and/or weft properties and identical warp and weft densities. Inner layer is made of resin-based composition containing zinc white or thiuram D as curing accelerator, technical sulfur as curing agent, technical carbon as filler, stearic acid and chlorinated paraffin wax as plasticiser and stibium trioxide and chlorinated paraffin wax as fire retardant. Outer layer is composed of resin-based composition containing technical carbon as filler and titanium dioxide as pigment. Inner layer composition additionally comprises magnesium oxide and guanide F take in definite ratio. Outer layer resin represents the mix based on vinyliden fluoride copolymer and chlorotrifluoroethylene CKF-26 including 18-22 mau of vinyliden fluoride copolymer and fluopropylene, that is, low molecular CKF-26 OHM, containing oligo ethereal acrylate as cross-linking agent, triphenylbenzylphosphony chloride as catalyst, magnesium oxide and calcium fluoride as curing activator and pentadivinyl tetraperfluoropelargonate as dispersing agent taken in definite ratio. Note here that metal 30-250 nm-thick metal coating is applied on outer layer surface.
