FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection against toxic and aggressive matters and maybe used for production of protective clothes of firemen. Proposed material with barrier layer consisting of mid reinforcing layer of cloth made of high-strength polyether fibre or high-strength aramide fibre or mix thereof. Outer and inner cover layers are arranged on both sides of aforesaid layer. Used threads represent two-component combined threads shaped to rods from aramide and/or polyether complex thread or yarn and rod braided by modified fireproof viscose thread or yarn with linear density of 10-30 tex. Fabric of mid reinforcing layer represents a linen, twill, sateen or satin weave with identical thread indices as to warp and filling. Inner cover layer is made of butyl rubber-based rubber composition. Outer cover layer is made of rubber composition based on copolymer of vinyaliden fluoride and chlorotrifluoroethylene “СКФ”-26 containing 18-22 mass parts of vinyaliden fluoride and fluopropylene-rubber “СКФ”-26 “ОНМ”. Material outer cover surface is coated with aluminium or copper or bronze or titanium nitride, coat thickness making 30-250 nm. Additional film barrier 18-26 mcm-thick layer is applied on inner cover layer consisting of five layers arranged as follows: polyolefin, oriented polypropylene copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, oriented polypropylene copolymer and polyolefin.

EFFECT: high moisture resistance, draping characteristics and rupture and tear strength.
