SUBSTANCE: device comprises forced air chamber, sprinkling chamber, droplet trap, and fan. The deicer made of a heat exchanger is mounted at the inlet to the forced air chamber. The inlet of the deicer is connected with the supply pipeline, and the outlet of the deicer is connected with the return pipeline of the hot water supply system. The heat exchanger is mounted downstream of the droplet trap. The inlet of the heat exchanger is connected with the supply pipeline, and its outlet is connected with the discharge pipeline. The heat exchanger of the secondary heating is mounted downstream of the droplet trap parallel to the deicer. The inlet of the heat exchanger is connected with the supply pipeline, and its outlet is connected with the return pipeline of the hot water supply system. The nozzle has housing provided with the inlet port, lid, sealing spacer between the housing and lid, and spring interposed between the lid and swirler made of an overturned cylindrical sleeve that is mounted with a spaced relation to the housing.
