CONDITIONING ASSEMBLY Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC F26B7/00 F26B11/04 F26B20/00

Abstract RU 2319913 C2

FIELD: conditioning equipment and methods for forage or food production.

SUBSTANCE: method for conditioned forage or food production involves using conditioning assembly 1 including metering device, mixing and settling device connected to metering device. Conditioned products are formed in pellet-press or in volume increasing plant. At least one of pellet-press and volume increasing plant, as well as mixing and settling device are heated and/or dried with hot air supplied from heater. Steam is delivered to mixer. In working regime hot air is sucked upstream of product inlet orifice of pellet-press or of volume increasing plant and steam supply into conditioning assembly is blocked. Conditioning device adapted to be used in said method has at least one mixing means provided with rotor having working members. Conditioning assembly has at least one settling means with rotor and mixer. The mixer is installed at least over settling means. Said components are connected with each other to provide forward product flow. The settling means has helical members arranged in product outlet area and adapted for product twisting for mixing and transportation thereof. Hot air sucking valve is installed at product inlet orifice of pellet-press or of volume increasing plant. Conditioning assembly made in accordance with the second embodiment comprises at least one mixing means having body with rotor. The rotor has working members. Said conditioning assembly also has settling means with rotor and helical members arranged in product outlet area and adapted for product twisting for mixing and transportation thereof. The helical members are made as strip deflectors arranged between wheel-shaped members and connected to settling means rotor trough them.

EFFECT: possibility to provide predetermined conditions of forage or food and extended technological capabilities along with decreased costs.
