FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for separation of various granules (pellets) into fractions and can be used in agriculture, food, chemical and other industries. Vibration aeration separator-cooler comprises a frame with a container for loading granules with a plug for controlling the supply of material, a box with a vibrating device and a working member in the form of a set of spring-loaded upper and lower screening sieves located at an angle, connected via an air duct with an aspiration system consisting of a cyclone with a detachable settler and a fan for dedusting the surface of the sieved material from light impurities. Upper screening sieve at the exit is equipped with detachable threshold to control output of granules. Air duct connecting the box with the cyclone is equipped with a throttle valve providing control of the air flow rate for suction of only fine particles from the box by the fan. Aspiration system is equipped with a cooler-conditioner connected by air ducts with screening sieves installed in the box. Air humidity sensor is installed on one of air ducts. Plug for controlling the supply of material from the granules loading container is made in the form of a sluice batcher. Screening sieves are arranged to vary inclination angle by means of springs fitted in cylindrical sleeves with plate adjusting holes, wherein cooler-conditioner and cyclone are mounted on the frame.

EFFECT: versatility of use due to performance of several operations by vibration aeration separator-cooler at separation of loose materials of various types, reduction of labour intensity of process performance and energy saving.
