SUBSTANCE: invention concerns processing industry and can be applied in thermal processing of bulk materials in food, grain and combined forage industries. Claimed conditioning device includes metering feeder, mixer and at least one holder, all mounted under each other to allow direct flow, each device including case and rotating shaft with work elements. The holder features lump breaking and case cleaning unit in material feed hole area, including at least one stand perpendicular to the shaft axis and carrying work elements mounted so as to interact by lengthwise external facets with cylindrical surface of the holder case, and at least one scrubber mounted on the shaft in holder end zone so as to interact with end and cylindrical surfaces of the case, tilted against lengthwise shaft axis at an angle maintaining material diversion away from the holder end surface.

EFFECT: improved quality of end material, reduced product loss, enhanced operational reliability and prolonged life time.
