FIELD: wireless communication systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to a wireless communication system, built on basis of multi-access with frequency division and can be used for multiplexing and transmitting data and control information in a frequency division multi-access system. Device includes generator of symbol blocks, meant for generating a block of symbols over a predetermined period of symbol block, within limits of one TTI, when control information, meant for transmission, is available in TTI, the FFT module, meant for conducting FFT over a symbol block, and IFFT module, meant for conducting IFFT over signals, outputted from FFT module, with following transmission of signals. A block of symbols includes control information and data for transmission. TTI includes a set of periods of symbol blocks.

EFFECT: increased speed of data transmission, reduced ratio of peak to average power of transmitted signals.
