FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: in a transmitting device, when sending multiple packages within a transfer time interval (TTI) of the common control channel, a unit of display on the basis of reverse quick Fourier transform generates packages displaced in the frequency area as a result of application of the specified value of cyclic shift between packages, displays the generated pulses in a unit of resources. The transmitting unit sends packages to a receiver. In the receiving device the receiving unit receives a package, and the combining unit combines the received package with a package stored in a buffer. The decoder decodes each of the combined packages, and on completion of successful decoding, it identifies the initial mark of the common control channel TTI time interval by the successfully decoded package.

EFFECT: transfer and reception of the common control channel, capable of receiving a time mark of the primary synchronisation channel and to decode information of the P-BCH channel in a simpler manner, even when the time interval TTI of common control channels is more than interval of the frame synchronisation.
