FIELD: match industry, in particular, construction and process for manufacture of matchbox.
SUBSTANCE: matchbox has two bodies which are to be withdrawn from one another in utilization. Inner body is defined by flat rectangular bottom and side poles which are rigidly joined to one another, with poles being disposed along bottom perimeter. Outer body has two parallel flat rectangular bases rigidly joined to one another by means of two side poles. One of bases is equipped with through opening. Other base of outer body is provided with at least one through opening. Maximum size of openings provided through bases makes 89-14% of base width. On outer surface of inner body bottom there is "color spot" having size preferably not surpassing the outer contour of opening.
EFFECT: simplified usage of matchbox, wider operational capabilities, reduced material utilization, and prolonged service life.
