FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves removing pathologically changed structures. Defect is filled with blood clot from jaw bone and/or periodontium ligament. Autologic vascular cellular fraction containing stem cells is transplanted into tissular defect region. The fraction contains fibroblast-like cells separated from fat and cleared from mature adipocytes without preliminary culturing.
EFFECT: accelerated recovery; enhanced effectiveness in forming new dentogingival attachment.
