FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in reconstruction of alveolar jaw ridge. Hollow cutter is immersed through the bushing of the surgical template to depth of 2.0 mm to the bone of the alveolar ridge, the graduated osteotome is placed on the groove marked with a cutter, with light hammer impacts it is moved cranially by 3–5 mm, sealing the walls of the bone socket and forming a semi-rigid bone cushion "pad" under the bottom of the maxillary sinus. Thereafter, surgical hammer is hammered to crack sinus bottom, moving the bone block formed by the osteotome with the preserved sinus membrane to the depth corresponding to the implant, after which the dental implant is fixed in a bone hole filled with blood from the medullary spaces of the alveolar bone, wherein preparation for introduction of dental implant and in area of bone septum - intra-sinus septum is performed similarly.
EFFECT: method enables preventing a sinus membrane injury in the bottom area when the cortical plate is broken and ensuring preservation of the entire volume of the subantral bone.
