FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should remove pathologically altered structures, fill the defect with the clot out of medullary tissue, cover the defect for 2-4 wk with non resorbed bioinert membrane-filter by taking into account the fact that membrane should cover the edges of defect for 1.5-2.0 mm. The method enables to prevent the development of scars, shorten terms of therapy and decrease risk of relapses.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prevention.
