FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for filtering liquids containing large-size organic admixtures. Proposed device has container with frame in which drum with radially arranged branch pipes is installed on hub on fixed hollow axle connected by branch pipe with pump. Said branch pipes connect hub with rim of drum made of moisture permeable material. Filtering device contains also liquid flow rate meter. Device contains additionally control unit and actuating mechanism providing control of drum rotation speed depending on liquid flow rate. Lever cocks are installed on branch pipes connecting rim with hub, and stops are made on frame installed for engagement with levers of cocks.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of device in operation owing to prevention of air suction and increase of air rarefaction at suction.
