SUBSTANCE: device contains pulping machine and vertical frame with vapor case with vertical axis and mixer, located in it. Thermal chamber and vacuum chamber are consistently located under pulping machine. Cylindrical conic part of thermal chamber is fitted with vapor chamber with nipples for vapor input and condensate output. Inside thermal chamber vertical axle with blades are located, which angle of inclination is regulated. There is nipple for input of different food addictives in its cylindrical part. In its lower cone part bleed is located which is connected with vacuum chamber. The nipple for removal of evaporating steam is in side cone part, and in lower part unloading worm is located.

EFFECT: quality improvement of prepared mash and reduction of material and energy resources consumption.
