SUBSTANCE: crusher rotor comprises rotor provided with needle-shaped working members mounted in the openings of the cylindrical drum and are pressed to its inner side by means of a flexible shell that has openings. The inner side of the rotor is provided with blades for acceleration of air. The openings in the cylindrical drum and flexible shell are elongated. A part of the openings made in the cylindrical drum is free of working members.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
