FIELD: mechanical engineering; mine conveyors of continuous action.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mainline slat conveyors. Proposed conveyor contains slat belt consisting of covering attached to two traction chains with running rolls for movement along guides secured on posts on which intermediate drives are arranged between carrying and idle runs. Each intermediate drive consists of flexible rubberized endless belt closed on drive and tension drums arranged in plan between traction chains with possibility of engagement with covering on carrying and idle runs of slat belt. Rollers mechanically coupled to each other are installed for engagement with upper and lower runs inside contour of rubberized belt. Axles of rollers are arranged for displacement in vertical guides and they are hinge coupled with rods by rigid inclined links from two sides. Links are arranged symmetrically relative to rods. Said rods are arranged in guides secured on frame for displacement in parallel with runs of rubberized belt. One free end of each rod is spring-loaded by compression spring relative to fixed frame, and second end is provided with screw cut for engagement with nut fitted for thrusting against stop secured on frame.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of multiple-drive slat conveyor.
