FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor comprises the frame and trough belt resting on inclined rollers. Hauling circuit made up of steel wire rope is arranged inside belt circuit so that rope resist upon horizontal rollers. Rollers are fitted on one common bracket secured on conveyor frame beam. Flat limiters are arranged on the side of role side edges. Drive pulley represents an annular recess in cylindrical ring of drive drum and allow the rope to be accommodates therein. Belt tensioning drum and hauling circuit tensions pulley are arranged on carriages each coupled, via flexible elements, with bobbins fitted on different shafts of tensioning device reduction gear shafts. Transmission ratio between shafts is taken to equal i=KBDR/(KRDB), where i is transmission ration between reduction gear shafts with bobbins fitted thereon, KB, KR are coefficients of residual elongation of belt at its loading, solely as load bearing element, and rope; DB, DR are diametres of winding on appropriate bobbins of belt and rope at working tension of hauling circuit. In the zone of steel wire rope run-off zone, additional drum is arranged for rope to envelope is from above. Bearings of additional drum are fitted on conveyor frame to force said drum to drive drum. Additional drum ring is covered by layers of elastic material outside of central zone.
EFFECT: simplified conveyor design and higher load carrying capacity of the belt.
