SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the method for degassing a container filled with a carbonated beverage, and the device for blowing and filling containers. Wherein the device comprises the mould surrounding the blown container with the dispensing opening, filled with a beverage, and the discharge head made with the possibility to move along the longitudinal axis passing through the dispensing opening of the container, between the sealed position in which the discharge head is in tight contact with the opening, and the leaking position in which the discharge head is spaced from the opening. The method comprises moving the discharge head from the sealed position to the leaking position, back into the sealed position and again in the leaking position.
EFFECT: improved degassing.
