FIELD: ceramics, facing materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes glaze used for applying of articles made of porcelain, faience, majolica and other ceramics. Proposed glaze comprises the following components, wt.-%: SiO2, 54.0-56.0; Al2O3, 2.0-4.0; B2O3, 8.0-10.0; CaO, 10.0-18.0; MgO, 4.0-8.0; Na2O, 1.0-2.0; K2O, 1.0-2.0; ZrO2, 4.0-6.0; BaO, 2.0-3.0, and TiO2, 2.0-3.0. Invention provides enhancing thermal stability and luster of glaze.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of glaze.
