FIELD: ceramics, facing materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a glaze composition that can be used in production if tiles from low-grade red-burning clays. Proposed glaze comprises the following components, wt.-%: SiO2, 43.0-47.0; Al2O3, 9.0-13.0; Fe2O3, 9.0-13.0; CaO, 4.0-6.0; MgO, 9.0-11.0; K2O, 2.0-3.0; Na2O, 1.0-2.0; B2O3, 9.0-13.0; MnO2, 1.0-2.0, and PbO, 1.0-2.0. Invention provides enhancing resistance to cold of glaze.
EFFECT: improved and valuable property of glaze.
