FIELD: alkylation for production of alkyl benzene and system for its production.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes the following stages: benzene and olefin raw material are introduced into equipment of first alkylator and reaction of first alkylation is conducted in presence of catalyst. Outgoing product contains alkyl benzene and benzene and overhead flow. Overhead flow of first alkylation is fed to condensation equipment where it is divided into liquid flow containing benzene and vapor flow containing unreacted olefin and ethane. Liquid flow is delivered to realkylator equipment where it is brought in contact with flow containing poly-alkyl benzene for obtaining alkyl benzene and benzene which is then directed to first alkylator equipment. Vapor flow containing main part of unreacted olefin is fed to absorption equipment where absorption is performed by flow of de-ethanized aromatic depleted absorption oil containing practically no olefin; this oil contains benzene and alkyl benzene. Thus flow of enriched oil is obtained which contains benzene, alkyl benzene and olefins and some amount of ethane; it is introduced into second alkylator equipment containing catalyst. After reaction of second alkylation, first flow of aromatic depleted absorption oil is obtained which is fed to de-ethanizer and fractionation is carried out, thus obtaining overhead vapor containing main part of ethane and liquid bottoms product flow containing de-ethanized aromatic depleted absorption oil; this flow is directed to first alkylator equipment. Alkyl benzene is separated after treatment of outgoing product of first alkylation containing alkyl benzene.

EFFECT: reduced amount of catalyst.
