FIELD: automatic watering of plants in agriculture, may be used in weight measuring technique, water supplying and other branches of industry wherein electric sources are not available, yet time relay and actuating mechanism are desired.

SUBSTANCE: liquid dispenser has locking valve and hydraulic time relay consisting of self-dumping reservoir hanging from movable shaft fixed in columns, and actuation interval setting mechanism disposed above self-dumping reservoir. Pipeline is leading from water source and connected to said mechanism. Self-dumping reservoir is balanced in charging position by means of counterweight. Liquid dispenser has second hydraulic time relay consisting of second self-dumping reservoir hanging from movable shaft fixed in columns, and second actuation interval setting mechanism disposed above second self-dumping reservoir. Pipeline connected to said second mechanism is coupled to second self-dumping reservoir hanging from movable shaft. Said pipeline is connected to discharge pipeline and locking valve whose inlet is connected to second output of water source. Second self-dumping reservoir is balanced in charging position by means of counterweight. Parallel arms are disposed on columns, on movable shaft. Two change-over reservoirs are fixed at ends of arms, under self-dumping reservoirs. Change-over reservoirs are equipped at their bottom parts with outlets. Locking valve is fixed on one of columns for rotation through an angle of 90 deg.
