FIELD: data-conversion technology.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for realization of functional converters, angle measuring devices et cetera. Single-channel infralow frequency phase meter has division unit, arctangent conversion unit, counting-registering unit, control unit, first to fourth multipliers, first and second phase shifters, subtraction unit, adders, and phase shifter control unit, unit for forming value of correction, commutator and unit for determining value of correction. All the units are connected in specified way. Ambiguity of measurement of phase shift of sinusoidal signals can be excluded as well as reference signal phase shifter error.
