Radar system implementing the method comprises a radar station control unit, a frequency synthesizer, an M-code generator, two modulators, two power amplifiers, a microwave switch, an antenna system control unit, an antenna system unit, a transceiving antenna, three receiving antennae, four high frequency amplifiers, four mixers, a temporary automatic gain control device, four intermediate frequency amplifiers, an intermediate frequency switch, intermediate frequency amplifier, automatic and manual gain control unit, two units of phase detectors, phase shifter, two units of analogue-to-digital converters of quadrature signals into digital form, primary digital processing unit, double-port buffer random access memory, digital meter, four multipliers, four narrow-band filters, a reference generator, two single detectors, two phasemeters, an adder and a subtractor.

EFFECT: provision of uniqueness of angular coordinate β reading while maintaining the required measurement accuracy.
