FIELD: warning and control systems, applicable for automatic blocking of exit of water-borne and airborne movable objects used in domestic sea and air spaces from the permitted zone, as well blocking of entrance of them to prohibited zones; the state frontiers may be also considered as the boundaries of permitted and prohibited zones; the provides for a forced turnabout of the objects from the boundary of the permitted or prohibited zone with a forced transition of the engine installation to the condition of the minimum allowable thrust.

SUBSTANCE: the system of manual, semi-automatic or automatic control of movable objects uses a device for automatic blocking of exit of water-borne and airborne movable objects behind the boundary of the permitted zone and blocking of their entrance to the prohibited zones, this system has a restrictions unit, thrust blocking device, control surfaces blocking device, inertial navigation system, satellite navigation system, integration unit, relative parameters unit, near zone definition unit, co-ordinates memory unit, warning device, initial data forming and input device, data reception and storage unit, boundary co-ordinates definition unit, far zone definition unit, warning and display system.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of blocking of exit of movable objects from the permitted zone and entrance of them to prohibited zones.
