SUBSTANCE: proposed device which relates to class of automatic devices for protecting personnel against electric shock and for enhancing fire safety of residential buildings is designed for use in electrical installations of solidly-grounded neutral single-phase lines and has circuit for separating sine-wave supply voltage zero crossing signal as well as voltage synchronizer built around thyristor using compensation circuit arrangement.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability in wide range of supply voltage fluctuations.
