FIELD: process for preparing of fresh nectarine fruits for storage.
SUBSTANCE: method involves washing inspected nectarine fruits at predetermined mode parameters in sweet water; sequentially holding in solutions of potassium permanganate and citric acid, and suspension of preparation produced from biomass of Pythium gracile micromycet; exposing nectarine fruits to ultraviolet radiation; packaging each fruit in smoking paper and placing in polymer trays. Method allows fresh nectarine fruits to be transported to space object, stored there during 45 days and used in space feeding.
EFFECT: prolonged shelf life of fresh nectarine fruits.
