SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned first-course dishes for cosmic nutrition due to reducing the skinned fish fillet upon a chopper, the prepared green onions and dill greens should be frozen and reduced upon a chopper, hen eggs should be boiled, shelled and reduced upon a chopper, cucumbers should be blanched and reduced upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with sour cream, tomato juice and common salt and a CO2-extract of Pythium or Mortierella micromycete biomass. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes at a certain ratio of the components taken. The innovation enables to increase the digestibility of canned food for cosmic nutrition.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
