SUBSTANCE: method of production of canned food of a special purpose provides preparation of formula components: fish fillet cutting, searing in a drawn butter and crushing on a meat comminutor, green onion and fennel greengrocery freezing and crushing on a meat comminutor, eggs cooking, clearing and crushing on a meat comminutor, cucumbers parboiling and crushing on a meat comminutor. The listed components are mixed with sour cream, tomato juice, salt and a biomass CO2-extract of micromicete Pythium or Mortierella. The received mix is packed in aluminium tubas at the certain outflow capacity of components, hermetic sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: canned food for a space feeding has a raised comprehensibility.
