FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used at fractures of bones. Contrivance for adaptation of medical plates at osteosynthesis has pulley and levers. Pulley is made for mounting on niche of adjustable table. Pulley has grooves of different width to install medical plates; through openings in form parallelepipeds of different cross-sections; through opening for lock rod and support protrusions in base of pulley. Pulley is made of titanium in form of parallelepiped. Levers are made in form of plates with grooves, disposed at edge and rib of any plate. Any plate has different widths of grooves.

EFFECT: simplified design; prolonged service life.
