FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to making personalized implants from reconstructive titanium plates. Device comprises a base and a twisting mechanism for plates bending, wherein on the support posts there are two stepper motors, as well as additional supports, replaceable female die and male die are arranged there between and coupled with stepper motor via coupling. In the matrix there is a hole with the possibility of bending through it the reconstructive titanium plate in two directions. Male die is made with possibility to apply bending force along whole length of plate section with hole and with possibility to locate plastic deformation center during bending in bridges between through holes of titanium reconstructive plate. In the method of bending personalized implants from reconstructive titanium plates, a bending moment is provided using a stepper motor with a reduction gear, which is made with possibility of torque transfer to male die. Data of bending angles obtained from a computer tomogram are entered into the control program, and the device is used to bend the reconstructive plate according to the specified parameters of the bending angle and pitch.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of making personalized implants from reconstructive titanium plates and reduced duration of preparation for surgery.
