FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing central relation of jaws on permanent maxillary and/or mandibular prostheses manufactured from titanium nickelide having occlusion rollers. Vestibular convex part of the upper roller and protetic plane is formed. Lower face part height is determined in physiological rest state. The lower roller is fitted to the upper one. Lines for setting frontal teeth are traced. The rollers and bases are removed from the oral cavity. Rollers occlusion surfaces are heated and coated with fine-particle abrasive like quartz sand. The rollers are introduced into the oral cavity. Chewing movements are done with highly abrasive surfaces being lapped to each other and/or to teeth. Occlusion movements of mandible are recorded.
EFFECT: high accuracy of study.
