FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, it can be used in the construction of wells for separation of reservoirs. The hydraulic packer contains a barrel in the form of a pipe, equipped with upper and lower subs. A sealing element made of elastomeric material in the form of an annular cylinder with upper and lower shaped end sections is installed on the barrel under the upper sub. The immobility of the sealing element on the barrel is ensured by the fixed outer and inner upper and lower cups interacting with the end shaped sections. The anti-extrusion protection of the sealing element includes plastically deformable expanding sleeves installed in the bores of the outer cups, overlapping the end sections of the sealing element and interacting with its annular cylinder. In the barrel wall under the lower outer cup, the main through-side hole is made, below which several additional through-side holes are made, evenly arranged around the circumference in one diametric plane. The valve assembly is made in the form of interacting upper and lower stepped sleeves, movably mounted on the barrel. Along the generatrix on the outer surface of the barrel, a channel is made in the form of a longitudinal groove, hydraulically connecting the cavity of the sealing element with the valve assembly. The steps of the valve assembly sleeves, made in form of bores, form the upper, middle and lower annular chambers are proposed. The upper step of the upper sleeve of the valve assembly is connected by a shear screw to the bore back of the lower outer cup, and the lower step of the lower sleeve is connected by a shear screw to the bore back of the lower sub. Sealing rings seal the moving interactions and fixed joints of the parts.
EFFECT: expanding the operational capabilities of the device and increasing the reliability of its operation, eliminating the occurrence of an emergency.
