FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for controlling an inducer motor.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method the inducer motor has toothed stator, positioned on which are several phase windings, each one of which is powered by one-pole current from semi-bridge voltage inverter, and a toothed winding-less rotor. In the control method, currents in motor phases are generated in motor phases by injecting voltage impulses onto phase winding during each period of rotor position sensor. The phase current setting is determined on basis of signal of discrepancy of given and actual angular rotation speeds of rotor. Additionally, precise rotor setting mode is introduced, with the currents generated simultaneously in two neighboring phases, one of which is the traction phase, and the second one is the braking phase. When rotor of the motor is turned from matched "rotor tooth - stator tooth" position for phase, which is braking at given section, to matched "rotor tooth - stator tooth" position for phase, which is the traction phase at the given section, the current in braking phase is changed from maximal value to zero, the current in traction phase is changed from zero to maximal value. On basis of ratio of currents in phases, angular position of rotor at given section is determined, and the moment of switching from rotation mode to precise setting mode is determined on basis of signals of additional sensor of absolute angular position of rotor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
