SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-plant canned food due to preparing all the recipe components due to cutting, breading in starch and roasting pork in vegetable oil; cutting and freezing leek greens and bamboo sprouts, cutting and frying brown onions in vegetable oil; blanching and cutting morels; cutting and blanching pineapples. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with vermicelli, sherry, pineapple juice, soybean sauce, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, hot black pepper, Jamaica pepper, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. The mixture obtained and bone broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
