SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes carrot, onion, and leek cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; morel blanching and cutting; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; chicken fillet cutting; garlic pulping. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with noodle, soy sauce, sugar, table salt, and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
